CE MARKING
The CE MARKING, is regulated by the directive 89/106/CE that states that the manufacture products, made to be fixed permanently in a building, must have some safety "essential requirements".
The conformity to these requirements is a necessary condition, for the free circulation of the goods in the CE market. Regarding the ceramic tiles, the reference document, is the enclosure Q, of the norm EN 14411. The enclosure Q is divided in two parts:
- ZA: tiles for indoor and outdoor floors.
- ZB: tiles for indoor and outdoor walls and ceilings.
